Use this resource to assist in keeping communications open and frequent. This helps employees reflect on their own feelings and perceptions regarding their performance.
Use this resource to record one-to-one meetings with your employees. Both the manager and the employee fill in relevant sections of the resource. On each page, there is a section where the employee and manager apply a rating to the employees’ performance. There is a section for employee comments and manager comments. The employee outlines goals they would like to achieve, and the training supports they require. This ensures that both parties have a clear record of the meeting, including any noted achievements, areas of improvement or actions agreed.
Use the One to One Meeting Record resource to record various types of one-to-one meetings with your employees. Examples of this are probation reviews, support and supervision, and performance appraisals. It will assist you in keeping communication open and frequent with staff and ensure that all meetings are accurately recorded.
The easy to use resource is A4 size and landscape orientation. Each page has a duplicate, so give one copy to the employee and place one copy in their file.
