The EYES team have been working closely with our members over the last number of years and have a unique understanding of the challenges that they experience daily in their service.

The EYES services are available to our members as part of their Membership fee.
• Our dedicated helpline, as a benefit of your membership, can be accessed via phone line or email. We answer your queries on HR, Regulations, Compliance, Policies and Procedures and lots more. We are available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm to provide a listening ear and assist with any questions you may have.
• Members also have access to comprehensive information on topics that are of relevance to them in our weekly newsletter ‘Early Times Weekly’, on our website and in our quarterly magazine ‘Early Times’.
• Our continued analysis of regulations and compliance means that we can provide useful and accessible hardcopy shop resources and online downloadable resources.
• We will keep up to date on legislative updates and other specific areas of concern for our members.
