Early Childhood Ireland’s Transitions podcast series is now published in ‘Let’s get Ready – a DCEDIY initiative. This initiative is designed to enable early years professionals to support children and families with the transition from home to preschool and from preschool to primary school.
Early Childhood Ireland’s podcast series about Transitions is aimed at having a look at how the transitions and changes from pre-school to primary school can be navigated to ensure children and their families feel comfortable and excited about this new stage of their lives.
