COVID-19 Update: Restricted Movement Phase

COVID-19 Update: Restricted Movement Phase

Due to the review of the Restricted Movement Phase announced on Friday 27 March by the Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, here is an update on the implications on our operations.  We have now closed our office and all of our staff are now working from home.

Our central switch facility is no longer available as we work remotely so we are moving to a remote mobile system.  We have diverted our phone lines to mobiles or alternatively you can contact us via our query form here which you can use whenever and for whatever reason you need to contact us.

The current environment is challenging for everyone and this has led to increased levels of incoming calls in recent weeks.  We are working to ensure quick turnaround times to reply to your calls and emails.

We will also continue to write to our members with updates and advice on the evolving situation around COVID -19 and the implications for our sector and their service.

Stay safe.
