EYES Launch

As you may have heard, Early Childhood Ireland’s Support Point has now become Early Years Employer Service, or EYES for short, building on our development over the last few years.

At EYES, we aim to support and meet our members needs by giving expert advice and guidance on all aspects of running a service, from setting up to best practice in HR and helping with policies and procedures to support compliance. Through our work in Support Point, we have listened to what our members wanted and have responded accordingly.

Core Services:

EYES core offering is available to all of our members free of charge and is available on our dedicated phone line and email. We will still be happy to answer all your queries on HR, regulations, compliance, policies and procedures and any other queries you may have. We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and if we don’t have an immediate answer to your query we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will also still be providing weekly updates in the Early Times Weekly, and quarterly in the Early Times Magazine. We will also offer access to policies, both Early Years and HR, through our download library, practical advice on running a business and ongoing mentoring support to managers and owners of services.

To supplement our previous supports, we will also begin to roll out regional workshops and events that will be informed by the topics and queries that are raised with us by our members. We will also keep an eye on legislative updates or specific areas of concern for our members.

Despite all of these changes, EYES will still be here to take any of your queries on HR, compliance, regulations, policies and practice. So if you have a query don’t hesitate to contact us on 01 4057103, or email us on eyes@earlychildhoodireland.ie.
