Why Renew? – Early Years Employer Service

As we enter the last few weeks of our renewal process we would like to highlight the many benefits that our members gain from being a member of Early Childhood Ireland. This week, we wish to highlight our Early Years Employer Service, EYES, which provides members with access to:

  • Expert advice and guidance as well as support by phone and email;
  • Solution focused approach to issue/concerns
  • Up to date and relevant information and knowledge issued weekly and monthly;
  • HR specialist advice for all employment related queries;
  • Resources developed based on members needs and feedback;
  • Template policies and documents accessible when you need them;
  • Option to choose from a suite of additional HR supports.
