Recruitment Survey

Recruitment Survey
Many thanks to everyone who filled in our recruitment survey. We received a large number of responses. The survey has now closed. We will be launching the results of this research into issues of recruitment and retention of professionals working in the sector at our Annual Conference.

We ran a competition in conjunction with the survey. The four winners of tickets to our Annual Conference are:

Lorraine Paisley – filled in the survey online
Liz Furlong – sent in a postal survey
Sheila Sweeney – sent in a postal survey
Joy Kiernan – liked and shared the survey on Facebook

In November 2016 we began our research into issues of recruitment and staff retention. Now we want to widen our information base so that we can effectively advocate on this critical issue. We would really appreciate you filling in this short survey and sending it back to us. It is important even if you are not experiencing recruitment issues that you fill this in. The more responses we get the clearer the picture becomes. Thank you for your time.

We will be launching the results of this vital piece of research we are conducting into issues of recruitment and retention of professionals working in the sector at our Annual Conference.

The theme this year is Valuing the The Early Childhood Professional. In Early Childhood Ireland we are acutely aware of the professional responsibilities educators face daily at work and the need to feel supported, respected and valued. This conference is about drawing attention to the enormous contribution early childhood professionals make to children, families and communities.

Fill in this survey today and be entered into a draw to win a ticket to our Annual Conference, we have two to give away!

The closing date for this survey is Thursday 23rd March.
