The Quality Support Services is a service dedicated to focusing on our members’ needs. As an organisation, we are fully committed to supporting you in providing quality experiences for children, ensuring that every young child thrives and learns in quality Early Years and School Age Care in centre-based and childminding settings.  

The Quality Support Services is dedicated to meeting the needs of our members. We provide access to expert advice, guidance, and information across all aspects of quality service delivery, from initial setup and HR guidance to funding programme support, regulatory understanding and compliance, pedagogical practice and the day-to-day operation of a high-quality service.

About Quality Support Services (QSS)

Our Quality Support team has extensive experience across the Early Years, School Age Care and Childminding sectors, bringing a wealth of expertise to our quality support services. By working closely with our members, we develop strong, trusting relationships that shape our approach and enhance our understanding of the challenges they face in their everyday practice. This combination of sector knowledge and genuine partnership enables us to deliver meaningful, tailored support that responds to the daily needs, demands, and realities of each individual service and setting, helping them to continuously grow, improve, and deliver high‑quality outcomes for children and families.

Services

The Quality Support Services are available to our members as part of their Membership fee.

Our dedicated support line, as a benefit of your membership, can be accessed via phone line or email. We provide our members with expert advice, guidance, and information on all areas of quality service delivery, from initial setup, to HR guidance, Funding programme advice, Regulatory understanding and compliance and pedagogical supports to operating a quality setting and lots more.

Our Quality Support Services phone line is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9 am – 10.00 am and 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday, from 2 pm – 4.00 pm.

We endeavour to keep up to date on legislative updates and other specific areas of concern for our members.
