QRF eLearning Programme

QRF eLearning Programme

As you may be aware, some modules of Tusla’s eLearning programme on the Quality and Regulatory Framework (QRF) are now available on the Tusla website.

The eLearning programme currently consists of a short video on using the online programme, an Introduction to the Quality and Regulatory Framework, and modules on Governance and Safety, which cover all related Regulations.

The programme is designed to support early years providers, managers, and staff to become more familiar with and to navigate the online version of the Quality and Regulatory Framework. The programme will  provide clarity about implementing the requirements of the Regulations as there are many resources and images throughout the modules to deepen knowledge and understanding  of the requirements of the  Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016. The programme will also support reflection on, and evaluation of, current practice.  It will also help to ensure that practices and procedures within an early years service reflect the service’s polices and help to identify any supports that may be needed to ensure compliance.

Modules do not have to be completed in one viewing (the programme will automatically start where you finished when you last logged in) and while engagement with the programme is not mandatory it is a very valuable resource for in-service continuing professional development for early years teams.

The eLearning programme can be accessed here>>>
