You can use this log to record sleep checks at 10-minute intervals. You should note that this is a requirement of Tusla, the Early Years Inspectorate. https://www.tusla.ie/uploads/content/Pre_School_Documents_for_Inspections.pdf
The sleep record includes space for you to record the time of the check, room temperature, breathing pattern of child, skin colour, position and the name of the person carrying out the check.
You should use a separate sheet for each child.
