Contents of HR Pack

• One to One Meeting Record – use this resource to record one to one meetings with your employees. The resource should be completed by the manager and the employee.
• Staff Induction Checklist – contains 10 checklist pages that can be used to record the tasks that are completed for a new staff member’s induction.
• The Return to Work Form – record return to work meetings with staff members after periods of absence due to illness.
• Telephone Reference Validation – use these forms to record interactions with referees for prospective staff members.
