Press Release: Focused Policy Assessment (FPA) of the ECCE Higher Capitation Payment

The Focused Policy Assessment of the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Higher Capitation payment is available now on the Government’s website. This assessment was conducted by the Research and Evaluation Unit of the DCYA. It highlights that since the higher capitation payment was introduced the has been a significant increase is settings meeting the qualification requirements, demonstrating the commitment in the sector for increasing qualifications and quality.
