New Telephone Contacts

New Telephone Contacts

To help make sure you reach the person you want to speak to in Early Childhood Ireland, we have created designated telephone numbers for each department.

When contacting us, just choose the department below that your query relates to, and dial their number. Your call will then be answered by a staff member directly working in that section.

For queries relating to your existing membership account, new memberships, member deals etc.

For all Garda Vetting related queries.

Support Point is Early Childhood Ireland’s dedicated phone line and email for member queries. Call for queries on HR, Regulations, Compliance, Policies and Procedures etc.

For queries relating to the ECI shop such as new orders, existing orders, product questions etc.

For queries relating to upcoming training courses, courses attended, etc.

For any queries relating to the day-to-day running of your service, best practice etc.

For all queries relating to our website and social media, as well as our policy and advocacy work.

For finance related enquiries.

Our main telephone number is 01 405 7100, if you are unsure of which of the above numbers to ring.
