Little Bites
The new Childcare Regulations highlight the need to provide nutritious and varied food and drink for every child attending preschool service. Little Bites, a resource developed in collaboration between Early Childhood Ireland and Safefood, provides information on healthy eating, food safety and allergens. This hub provides an array of excellent downloadable resources and some lovely videos and photos of children enjoying their dining experiences in Irish early childhood settings.
