Carr’s Child and Family Services is recruiting an innovative part time chef/cook to join our Early Year’s Team.
You must have at least two years’ experience working as a chef/cook and possess excellent standards.
Responsible to ensure that food hygiene standards implemented and maintained.
To ensure that all records are completed inline with E.H.O. H.A.C.C.P and Q.A.
To ensure an excellent level of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area
Oversee the weekly menu in conjunction with the staff and children in the service
Oversee the food ordering and stock control to ensure effective resourcing for the daily delivery of the menu.
Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
€16:00 per hour
26 day pro rata
