Flash Survey on ECCE Contracts
As you may be aware, DCYA will issue a new contract for ECCE for 2016-2017 in the coming period. It is likely to take account of the changes announced in Budget 2016, including the extension of the year. In order to develop our positioning on the new contract and the advocacy work we will be undertaking with the Department, it would be really useful if you could give us your own thoughts. We have just two questions for you to answer:
