Wendy Lee, Director of the Educational Leadership Project (Ltd)

Wendy Lee is the director of the Educational Leadership Project in New Zealand and an internationally renowned author and speaker on early childhood education. Over the past 50 years, her career has focused on building strong, reflective, and robust learning communities through her roles as teacher, unionist, lecturer, community development worker, city councillor, manager, professional development facilitator and researcher. Today, as director of the Educational Leadership Project Ltd she and her team provide training and advice to ECE centres throughout New Zealand and in a wide range of other countries.

 

Declan Hughes, The Grey Matters Network

Declan Hughes is Chairman of the ISPCC and has owned and run services companies for more than 20 years – some great successes and some painful failures! Most recently he co-founded The Grey Matters Network – the largest collection of experienced business people in Ireland who offer consultancy services across a broad range of corporates and SMEs. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Grey Matters Network has been providing advice and guidance to a range of SMEs on navigating the uncertain environment we find ourselves in and on how best to prepare for the post Covid recovery.
