Early Childhood Ireland AGM 2019

The 2019 AGM of Early Childhood Ireland will take place on Saturday 13 April in Croke Park Conference Centre, Dublin. The breakfast AGM starts at 8:30am.

Proposals Form – If you wish to propose an item at the meeting, please complete this form and return by Thursday 11 April at 4pm.

Nominations Form – If you wish to nominate someone to the Board of Early Childhood Ireland, please complete this form and return by Friday 5 April at 4pm.

Proxy Form – If you cannot attend the AGM, we would urge you to complete this form and return by Thursday 11 April at 8:30am.

As a member of Early Childhood Ireland, you have the right to vote at the AGM.

  • If you are not available to attend, it is important you complete and return the Proxy Form.
  • For the purposes of establishing a quorum at the AGM and in order that business can proceed, it is important that you nominate a proxy if you are unable to attend.
  • If you wish you can nominate “The Chairperson” or a member of your choice as your proxy. You can also vote on the ordinary resolutions listed on the form. You only need to sign the proxy form and return it.
  • This will enable your vote to be counted at the meeting.
