Services who did not have any ECCE children in the snapshot week, should complete the e-return inserting the following information on one childline, if they wish to claim for ECCE children at any stage during the September 2012 pre-school year. 

The deadline for this is Thursday lunchtime – 20th September 2012.

Follow the steps below:

• Model 38/41 – Enter either 38 Standard, 38 Higher Cap, 41 Standard or 41 Higher Cap (whichever applies to your service)

• Date of Birth – Please enter 01/01/2009

• Exemption Code – Please leave blank

• Parent name – Please enter Parent One

• Child name – Please enter Child One

• Child PPSN – Please enter 0000001b

• Gender – Please enter M

• Days – Please enter 1

• ECCE Hours – will be filled automatically.

• Type of Place – Please enter S for Sessional.

• Signed – Please tick this field, and then go down and complete the remainder of the form.
